Hey there everyone!
I am new to this site and I have been doing so much reading up on swaying for a girl that my head is spinning :) I have 3 boys and my husband and I are going to try to sway for some pink in feb. I am a little over weight (have a 10 month old and haven't lost all the weight) and was wondering if there was a diet that would help me lose weight fast but still help me sway for a girl? And is the gender sway as effective it the man doesn't change anything in his diet? I am hoping you guys can help me......

My Dh didn't change everything but he ate less salt, less red meat, less Haribo gummy sweets and drank lots of Ph lowering drinks. He did take supplements like magnesium, calcium and liquorice root. Bless him he did try and avoid things, but wasn't as hardcore with the girl diet as me. I lost about 55lbs before I conceived and was on the diet from May-Aug when I got pg. wish u lots of love and luck.

As ratters dp not lose weight.
Also if you do the LE diet I think you'll be surprised with how much you'll lose. If you google vegetarian diet I think you'll find some very good reviews! On top of going vegetarian we are also cutting back the calories.
How long will you be on the LE diet before swaying? If you start it three months prior that will only leave you with a few weeks. If you are that worried maybe look into a detox? I know there is someone on here that did the juice detox? I'm not a detox person so I don't really want to give advice about something I've never tried. Besides taking a sip from the Kim kardashian detox lol.
All the best.

Do you think having his do the LE diet (once I figure it out lol) would be a good idea??

Hi and welcome!
you can find the LE Diet plus some food info and recipes in the Dream Members section. Many of us have had great success losing weight on LE Diet and in fact it helps your sway to do so.
DH does NOT have to do LE Diet but if he dropped eggs, meat, and reduced his dietary fat it may help. Also, if he eats soy foods and drinks aspartame beverages it may help. It's not a requirement for success, though.

It's not, because it doesn't matter if he does it and husbands get very b!tchy and unwilling to help if we ask them to do too much for swaying. Stick with having him do things that really matter and let the rest go.

Heehee, I love this description. Mine definitely has his PMS-y moments.....and boy, when we've both been moody I'm sure the neighbors have heard us fighting....
I'm just grateful mine will perform like a seal as I ask, lol. He'll even dutifully go solo on schedule, so I'm not asking more than that! My DH isn't doing any supplements, of course I barely remember mine so I'd never remember to remind him of his.....I do ask him not to have coffee within 6 hours of a bd, and he kinda sorta ends up with the LE diet since he just eats whatever I make anyways. (And so do the kids, but they complain a WHOLE lot more!)

I am sure I can get him to take a few supplements after all they just have the good part of doing the BD while we struggle with the rest right!!! :) Thanks everyone!!!
