Hi all!
I have 2 DS. DS1 was a surprise baby. But I had recently lost weight without exercising
and conceived either on day before O, day of O, or day after O. DS2 was failed sway from IG suggestions. DH and I did IG diet, cranberry/calcium/magnesium/B6/aspirin supps with frequent BD up till day before O. I also took Vitex and Lydia Pinkham supps.
Soooo....five years later I would still love to have DD but most important a healthy baby as DH is 36 and I am 35.
I am planning on doing LE diet, which I am currently on. However, can I have almond milk, oat bran, stevia, or agave on it?
And so here is the plan I was thinking:
LE diet (just for me)
Supps: Saw Palmetto, Folic Acid
Supps for DH: Licorice Root
Abstain for 7 days, BD with 3 day cut off
Vinegar douche before and after
