Hi All!
I'm new to this forum and we're going to start TTC a girl in a few months. I have two lovely boys but I think we need to add some pink. :) I have read a few post but haven't found anything about weight lifting. I do cardio and lift weights 4-5 days a week. I did not do either when I had my boys. I guess what I'm wondering, is does weight lifting and exercising sway either way. Thanks!
