There was a lady on the Doctor Oz show that was a personal trainer and she runs like crazy and she is currently pregnant with a girl!

There is a lady in my little ones swimming class who runs loads and has 3 girls. Also I have another friend with 3 girls who runs loads and her husband is a farmer so spends lots of time outside. Hope this helps!

That's true! Now I'm wondering if it's just runners. I do stair climber, arc trainer, bike, but I don't run much. HMMM!

When my DD was concieved i was doing 30mins yoga followed by 30mins weights in the mornings, then i would walk my dog for 1hr in the afternoons.

yes a lot of people back when i was on IG - that's why I started looking into it to begin with, because so many of the ladies who had conceived girls did it when they were exercising a very large amount. then after I started doing research i foundthat there were real biological reasons why exercise would sway pink.

i think that for those who are able, the 60 min of exercise is probably better than the no exercise route and I would not hesitate to include it in mys way if i was able to

the only reasons why most people are not exercising are because either they don't have enough weight to spare, or else because with small children they are not able to exercise for the necessary amount of time.

Well, I don't know what I'm having yet but with my first sway I didn't do ant exercise and conceived a girl. This time I did Cardio for like 30 min and some light weights. Also an hour of yoga a few times a week. Also was walking with my
Kids daily around the neighborhood, to the beach, and in town. Was very active. 2 weeks before my sway I cut out the Cardio and weights at the gym but kept my active lifestyle with the kids. Should know the gender in a couple
Of weeks so will update and let ya know! :)

Is it any cardio for an hour or just running? I can do cardio for an hour but just don't run?

I don't have weight to spare but I love to exercise. :) I didn't exercise with my boy and I had weight to spare so maybe it will be different this time.
