Is anyone else's head spinning with all of this info? Yikes! I'm so confused about the calcium and vitamin intake. Which vitamins do I take when TTC girl and can I drink milk or just take a calcium pill? Thanks!

i will answer this when i have a minute but till then please read this 3 part thread with links to the second two in the first http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/610-calcium-conundrum-controversial.html this is the case againts calcium - not everyone believes it sways pink and several of us have gotten girls without calcium after boys while taking high calcium.
it is a lot of info at first but bear with it, once you understand the basic principles it's easy - this is the fundamental basis for the sway diet that i advise http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion-ttc-boy-girl-home-swaying-info/12340-understanding-trivers-willard-hypothesis.html

I personally believe calcium sways pink. I would NOT take it in supplement form as it is VERY alkaline. I would take it in natural sources such as organic skim milk, yogurt, or rice milk.

Getting back to this thread, for TTC a girl I would have you take:
Vitex http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/1094-vitex-faq-share-your-experiences-here.html
Saw Palmetto http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/7108-saw-palmetto-peppermint-tea-licorice-root-depth-how.html
Baby aspirin http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/7086-how-lower-ph-via-supps-cran-baby-aspirin-aspartame-other-techniques.html
Fiber (this helps absorb fats and fat soluble vitamins from your digestive tract)
Probiotic (helps prevent swaying-related yeast infections)
Folic acid 1200-1600 mcg a day throughout the first trimester
