Hi everyone
As you can imagine I am pretty down right now and needing a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Will be doing a test tomorrow to check before restarting vitex but am pretty sure this bean has gone/ is in the process of leaving.
I'm now a bit conflicted about what to do next - should I try again next O even though I've had 7 days off the diet? I didn't go mad but would have been over totals in sodium, protein and fat for sure though probably OK on calories overall.
I've heard that a chemical sways pink but is that actually true? Would I be better to wait? As it is such an early loss I think things would be OK to try in there. Thanks for any advice you can give.

I think you should go for it next month as long as you feel comfortable. I had an early chemical in September. Now I am in the 2WW because I decided just to go ahead the next month. I think you would be fine trying right away since it was an early m/c. They say that miscarriage can sway girl, but if you see some people have gotten boys straight after miscarriage. It may help a little bit. So sorry for your loss, I know how terrible it can feel!!

I think you should go for it. I think the chemical would sway more than the diet. It seems to work for lots of women!

I too am in in my oct 2ww after a loss in september and we decided just to crack on with it as it helped me get over it. But ..... only u an decide what is right for you - if there is no medical reason not to try then its personal preference

I'm so sorry for your loss. :( I too say go for it! You'll probably feel a lot better with some new hope on the horizon anyways and something to look forward to. Not to mention feeling like you're doing something when trying again and not just waiting for things to happen to you.
I wouldn't worry one bit about going off the diet a little bit, a miscarriage/chemical sways pink strong enough to counteract any diet issues anyways.

Thanks atomic. The doctor said that as it was just a week that things would go back to normal very quickly. I guess that was his way of saying that there was no reason not to try. It all depends on when I O as DH has a couple more trips planned this month. Perhaps I am trying to find a reason where there is none but am wondering if chemical might have something to do with DTD at O +20ish? The egg would have been on its way out wouldn't it especially as I am 37. Will only DTD this time just before O or on O.

well, I certainly don't want you to blame yourself and after all you can't know really when you Oed anyway. If you ~did~ conceive at O+20 it prob. didnt' help, but chemcals are just one of those things that do seem to happen to most of us at least once along the way.
