The baby addiction has flared up again:) So it seems the attempts for Davys little brother maybe closer than my sensible plan had in mind! So! The plan info so far is:

Supps
Daily:
2400 mg fish oil including 1200mg of active omega 3- lowered to 1200mg daily. The higher amount was causing heavy periods and very sticky mucous chest! I thought for months I had asthma, cut this down and it went away, very intetesting!!!
1000 mg coconut oil - I chose this as an additional oil as it is meant to be great for the skin:agree::bigsmile: - upped to 2000mg
2000iu Vitamin D
Pre-natal - stores own
500mg Royal Jelly - upped to 1000mg
2000 mg additional Folic acid (should bump this up!) -bumped up :)
Brewers yeast tablet 300mg
ACV 400mg tablet
Black cherry concentrate 1000mg (DH has developed gout:rolleyes: these are a good antioxident so I thought I'd just add it on lol
Every day
200mg CoQ10 -ran out of this in dec, still not received new one! (10 feb)
Twice daily
Bee pollen complex - 1000mg bee pollen, 10 mg propolis, 10 mg royal jelly
Heaped teaspoon of powdered wheatgrass -changed the wheatgrass to a greens powder which contains alot of grasses and minerals. Full ingrediants to be posted in its own post.
Diet:
Trying to eat well as often as possible, but definitely should be eating more fresh fruit. I try to avoid white bread, cakes and sweets as much as possible as I know these are girl foods for me, but again I have found myself bingeing in these due to nothing else in the house! But over all nutrition from diet has been good. Daily cereal.
Snacking - dried figs and apricots, peanuts, peanut butter from the jar:bigsmile:
Update-my diet has been pretty poor lately and I have been all the foods I have been trying to avoid. not good, grr.
Exercise:
Mainly lifting weights, ie kids and household objects:bigsmile:
My weight is 11 st, this is good for me! I have lost about 2-3 lb over the last 4 months, I am happy with this as I know its from improved eating and exercising, to put weight on I would need to be eating unnecessarily.
I have a noticeable improvement in body condition, kids have been calling me 'Hench' lol, I think this means strong/mean ??
Cycle:
First af from f/t b/f started 9 Oct, so possible ov around the 26th Oct if I'm on a 31 day cycle.
Attempt:
Planning on doing the Robitussin again fro a 2 day double attempt cut-off, again this is personal choice as I want all swimmers starting from the same position, no last minute pinks jumping ahead those clever old girls:bigsmile:
Ill update as soon as anything else comes to me :)
