What pretesting you need to have and DH. You are so young, but I would imagine he would want to take a look still. You should have a great chance at success at your age.

I can only imagine that you would be on a low dose of meds but pretesting can be surprising. Ask about when you can cycle if you have dates in mind can you use BCP to help stick to those dates.

Really, most of all of us older gals worry about egg quality/protocol, etc but at your age I hope you do not have to worry about that!

You can use the birth control pill to time your cycle so you can book your flights for when ever and then stop taking the pill a few days before. Double check with Dr Potter when you have your consult but that's what he told me so I went and booked flights that day anmd we don't go till June!!! (I have a slight impulsive streak..)

We only booked so quickly because we used frequent flyer points and you really have to get them quite a long way in advance or you miss out. Don't know where we will be staying yet, it looks like my 17yr old neice will be coming with us so I'm waiting to find out for sure before I book rooms etc Soooo excited about her coming.

Hi Louby, you can big who you want to have your initial consultation with. I had mine with Tracey but will have my follow up with Dr p where he will go in depth with protocol, meds etc.

Just out of curiosity - what price did they quote you? I know you're young and probably won't need as many meds, etc but how much did they quote you for IVF/PGD per cycle? If you don't feel comfortable answering, I totally understand!

Eat healthy and take a multi-vitamin, that is the best way to have good eggs...and even then, at best only 40% are good and healthy. Even being young like us, it is still no guarantee so you need to do all you can to increase our odds. Good luck to you...hopefully you get your twin girls.
