Newbie planning to travel from Aus to USA in 2014 for IVF/PGD

I'm new here & wanted to introduce myself. After 4 boys, I still have a very strong desire to have a little princess of my own. Thankfully, my husband also feels the same. So we have decided to travel to New York in 2014 to undergo IVF & PGD.
