Over whelming just trying to get my head round it

Yes, my little Dave was a succesful HE sway:) I'm trying for his brother hopefully in the near future. My old sway and future sways are in the boy sway section, I'm short of time now but will be around if you need any help or support :)

Hey ELP thank you for the info.. How did you start your boy sway? I know alot are saying its diet first
But I was worried about my PH level and making sure I have enough CM! Just wasn't sure how much we should have
An which supps did you take?

I did a boy sway, still waiting to find out gender though. I started by charting my cycles on fertilityfriend for 6 months, then started the diet and supps 2 months before our 1st attempt. Unfortunatly it took me 10 months to concieve so my sway ended up changing over time. Fish oil is good for cm, and if you dont get enough naturally you can use preseed which is a great boy sway tool.

PH has been disproven to sway so dont worry about that, and the CM will take care f itself with some fish oil and epo (evening primrose oil) plus I take some robitssen around attempt time as it helps even more!!
