Hi there, I have recently started the LE diet and I can't seem to get enough calories whilst sticking within the protein range. I'm eating 3 meals a day and am struggling to eat more than 1000 cals. Any suggestions welcome please!
My diet includes;
Homemade sodium free bread,
Strawberry Jam,
White rice,
Pasta,
Low fat Yogurt,
Leeks,
Green beans,
Parmasan cheese,
strawberries and raspberries
Glass of milk per day
Diet Coke

Thanks

SKITTLES !!! I have 2 mini bags a day to get my calories up. Shoe laces are good too and other sweets that dont contain gelatine and I also add sweetner to things like strawberries

full sugar pop is a great way to get calories. You can put sugar on your berries. Also, you have 25-60 g of fat to use, you don't HAVE to do low fat stuff if you need the fat and cals. You can use whipped cream, butter, mayo for calories.
