Hi i am ttc boy and will be doing out attempt in march. Is it too late to start a muscle building workout now?? as i read that initially when u start working out....u may loose some weight or your body thinks this is bad times......
i have not been working out, just daily housework....

i want to do mostly weights and sit-ups...

please advice

No, not at all! Just start slow and be careful not to overtrain. Make sure you give yourself a day of rest in between sessions, so lift with your arms one day, legs another, with a day of rest in between (about 4 days a week should be plenty.)

Also be sure to eat a LOT of cals, esp. protein, and you shouldn't lose any weight.
