Nub/Skull; Is it a Boy or a Girl? (12w3d. u/s)

Hi girls,

Hopefully you can help me out here. The pics I posted are from the u/s I had at 12w3d. The baby is not lying flat, but maybe you can still have a guess.

Can you see a nub here? Does the skull look boyish or more girlish?

I was really kinda hoping for a boy... :sad: But it does look like a girl too me too.

After reading the .pdf file posted here about the nub theory, it's pretty sure that at this stage (12w 97% correct) a nub shows the right gender and this kinda makes me sad...

Is there anyway this could still turn into a boynub? The shape looks somewhat like the nub I see on a lot of (confirmed) boyscans.

at the 12 weeks gestation many boy nubs are not raise enough to identify i am 60/40 girl guess on this if it is after 13 weeks then percentage will be more

I'm so hoping that the nub will raise more. I just saw the nub pics from Cinss and the kinda look like mine.. I'm just hoping that my baby was in the wrong position for the nub.

If it is a girl I will love her the same, but it's gonna take a little time to get used to the idea. Kinda feel guilty too for preferring one gender over the other... :o:(

I'll find out the 20th... Can't wait...

@ELP: I just saw the pics of your little babyboy (in confirmed boy pics) and some of them really look like a girlnub.. Wauw.. Hope my baby will end up in that section too. ;)

The crazy thing I am so convinced it's a boy, from the moment I tested positive 'till now, but I'm so afraid that that feeling is purely caused by a wish. Can't wait to find out. :bigsmile:
