Is lactaid (lactase enzyme supplement)ok to use TTC girl??

Okay so most days dairy doesnt affect me...some times it does make me bloated but other days it gives me bad gas, and diarrhea. the ingredient in lactaid is: Lactase enzyme 9000 FCC units. Is this okay to take or no?

I personally believe it is safe for pink (because it is simply the same enzyme your body naturally makes to digest the milk sugar), but I couldn't find a ton of info on it.
