7 boys - last chance to sway..

Hi everyone! I am a 43 year old mum to 7 Aussie boys! I just found this site so I have heaps of reading to do and don't understand anything yet. Two months ago I miscarried (gender unknown) , and now, because of my age, is my last ditch effort for one more bub. If I can conceive again, I want to have the best possible try for a girl and that's why I'm here. I ovulate in 7 days so I have to get onto this fast! I'm only giving it another 6 months and then the show's all over... All your help is needed, especially if you can tell me what to look at first... Thanks :)

LE diet ( low everything) seems to do wonders for pink swayers. You have it in Member section.

Hi welcome, i would probably skip this cycle seeing as you O in 7 days, i just dont think that is enough time to prepare, you need to be on the LE diet for a bit longer than 1 week, i think the bare minimum would be 6 weeks. goodluck.

Yeah it does take a bit of prep time - not just for your body, but for you to get your head around. We're hoping to start TTC pink in january/february and I'm starting my prep now! I'll be signing up for the LE diet soon.

Welcome! I think you may need to have at least 6 weeks of swaying underneath your belt before your attempt. I know how it is to want to do everything fast, fast, fast....I'm an older mama too! But we need to give it our best chance in a short period of time.
