swaying pink obviously lol and have been counting my P,F,Cals and just started having a look at Sodium. My numbers have been good ranging from 12-1600 and protein under 50 and all that jazz but when looking at S. for just a couple days I realize every day I must've been going over 1000. Today I had a 11 oclock and if i had 3 meals like this super low in everything i still would end up at 1200 of S. and that's coming in super low for everything else which I try to get a lil higher if I can nursing and exercising.
So mamas that are actually tracking all these things can you share some meals you are having or what your daily counts are??
I know moms are but a lot of times we share what we eat and then don't share what each meal was worth and I need to see that info w/ it too:)

Thanks if anyone can share how you are coming in at or under 1000g. sodium:)

I don't think I'm gonna count sodium just cause of the frustration... I am trying hard but I don't want to get down on myself... I know so many people with girls who were high sodium for instance my mother eats salt like crazy and got me...

I was always very much over on sodium when I conceived DD.

Got DS 4 eating lower sodium.

I do not think sodium sways (and very high sodium intake may even sway pink to some extent by harming overall fertility). Plus it's another thing to keep track of.

The only reason I even keep it in, is because it's good for health. I use the FGD recommendations for sodium.

me too. All my mom eats is salty stuff, coffee/tea, and sugarless gum LOL. Never drinks milk or eats yogurt. Skips breakfast every day and never snacks.
