I'm going to have my husband switch to "tightie whities" prior to our attempt...but how long prior would you recommend? A week...a month...?? He's not going to be happy about the switch so I want to torture him for the SHORTEST amount of time possible while still being effective. :)

My DH wore tighty whiteys for 2 months. He wasn't happy about it- but he wanted to do anything he could to help our chances

as far in advance as you can. 3 months is great. But anything will help, so just do what he's willing to do.

my husband was in tighty whiteys from oct and our BFP was in jan! (from a late dec. attempt). He actually hated them at first but now loves 'em!
