With only 4 weeks to go until my attempt, can you pls have a look at me BLUE sway and see if Im on the right track. Thank you

Supps- elevit with iodine, FO 1000mg, Coq 60 mg and a pro-biotic taking first thing in the morni g around 6am with a glass of v8 and a handful of nuts. Extra folic acid spread throughout the day.
8am- oats with full fat or oat milk and a banana or egg on toast
10am- handful of nuts
12pm- ham/ tuna salad with dressing and rice crackers or a glass of juice. Ham salad sandwich
2pm- apple with peanut butter or rice crackers with ham or cottage cheese.
4.30pm on way home from work- a handful of nuts
6pm- red meat stir fry with brown rice, steak/ chicken with salad/ vegetables. Baked potato with ham and a little cheese. Usually with a glass of juice. Finished with water melon. Could I add a tablespoon on yogurt here. Obv I'm aware that I need to limit my calcium but aware that I need bait for fertility in general. Am I getting enough with full fat milk/ and the odd bit of cheese/ butter????
Eating before bed is the hardest as I'm usually so full... But trying as I k ow it's very important to have a small bowl of special k with oat/ ff milk
Struggling with time for exercise as the minute as work is so busy and also with the girls end of years activities. Trying my best and will def up it over the next four weeks but any advice on how to increase my tester one.
Green tea/ black tea/ lots of lemon water and v8 juices. One coffee a day but trying to cut this out.

Dh eats very similar to me although no snacks really.. Cereal/ toast in morning, sandwiches for lunch, lots of nuts and dinner same as me.
Cut down on his coffee. Lots of v8
No reaal exercise but he works as an engineer on a building site so is constantly lifting etc.
AF roughly 20the nov.. Usually 2-3 days. We will bd every day from when I finch with him pulling out (or would it help if he released in me say on the first few occasions, or am I risking swaying pink... Little confused on all this.
Wil start using a little pressed every other day after AF finished, then every day from 5dbo. Do I do same with robust in? Need to look into this more, I will do at the weeken
Am gonna have a cocunut water/ wheatgrass (if I can stomach it) blitz from day of AF until o. Should dh do this to??
From cd9/10 I'm going to opk test daily / maybe twice a day..... And this is where I need clarifying on...."... So as soon as I get a smiley face it means ovulation is imminent within a few hours. So as soon as positive ( smiley face) bd say 3 times... Once as soon as, 1 the following morning / eve depending on when get the positive and then again. Doggy style best with hips propped and lie flat for say 30 mins at least.

Opk best to test in afternoon???
Read on here last night about vit d for blue swaying. Living in Australia and taking elevit which includes it.. Is this enough???
Am I right in my attempt thinking... As soon as I get a positive, one attempt then, 1 few hours later and so on.. Or as dluoi recommended kp going until I get a negative.
How can I increase my tester one?
I haven't been testing my ph levels. Should I??
