ANTIHISTAMINES HELP PLEASE (UK)

Hey ladies can anyone recommend a good antihistamine iv looked at the zertek and benydrel and they both contain the same ingredients but not only cetrizine but other stuff too! i cant find certizine only antihistamine anywhere and diphenhydromine is banned in the uk!!

In the UK, diphenhydramine is sold as a sleep aid, not an antihistamine. If you ask your chemist they will be able to help you - I know several of the girls have gotten it.

PS - I love using the word chemist!
