Cut-off AND O+12-Can you do both?

Hi all. Wondering if people could offer thoughts about doing both a cut off and an O+12 in the one cycle when TTC girl. I've tried for a 3-4 day cut-off pre-O (crossing fingers my fingers I O'd today and BBT is up tomorrow morning!) but wondered if it would also be worth pinpointing O more exactly and trying for O+12 in the same cycle if I don;t get a BFP this month. Does it have to be one of the other or is it possible to do both in a cycle? Would an O+12 attempt improve the chances of conceiving if cut off isn't successful? Really just want to maximise my chances of getting that BFP as soon as possible! :-)

I did and am having a girl :)

You do your cut-off and the have your DH release (not in you) until 0+12 and then DTD :)

I know people temp and everything but i still can't figure how people can pinpoint exactly O+12??

If you do mix and match, it's very probable that it will be the cutoff that gets you pg and not O+12.
