**Updated, its a boy** 11w6d nub?

Hi girls, here is a pic that I think might be nub? The tech refused to give me any potty shots or nub shots but I think this one might show it?
Have a couple more and will post later but I think this is the clearest. Would love to know your guesses please :)

Idk, that skull is girl but if that line is the nub... There is something on it...like boyish, but I'm not sure it's the nub:/

I am unsure about that blob ontop of the nub, if it is attatced or not? If you look at my pics lassie the 5th one down, that is the pic that the US tech was telling me looked like a boy because of the blob on the top of it, but i havent confirmed sex yet and i am even worried about some of my pics looking girly with a blob on the under side of the nub. So i think it is still too early for both of us to be able to say for sure. I hope you get your DD though, not long now till you can confirm, i think i will get an early gender scan too.

The second picture (of what you just posted) first looked girl to me. Then I looked closer and thought that the end was angling up, which would mean boy. So I'm 50/50 on this one. I'm no help :(

i see what you mean cinns, the 5th picture of yours doe have that extra angled up protusion like my first one does - but yeh i cant tell if that attached...

I think the skull us girly, but then i've read lots of info that the skull theory is pretty much hot or miss because the traditional male/female skulls don't form till puberty..

I am leaning more and more towards boy..

will you be going for an elective at 16w? or waiting till the anomoly scan?

Im going to give the ultrasound school a call and see if they can fit me in anywhere early December, we cant afford to pay for an extra one, other wise my anomoly scan is booked for the 20th of Dec.

With your lower limbs pic i am having trouble making it out, the one on the left i think i see the thigh at the bottom, bend at the knee, shin (bright white) and foot going up at the top? Or is it a potty shot? i just cant make out the one on the right so i have no idea what you have circled there, but if it is a potty shot it looks promising :fx:

I'm not sure what to think, Lassie. If that's the nub in the first pic (and that's the only one I really see anything in), that part sticking up really throws me off. I really hope this is your girl, though!

OMG Cinns you are an angel :bowdown: thank you so so much.
You know, i could not for the life of me figure out my 'lower limbs' shot, but with the markings you have put on it I can 'see' it, and it matches the right hand side as well.
If that IS the nub its certainly very straight...is it 2 lines for a girl, and one for a boy?

That's how I saw the lower limbs shot too. However- I'm not so sure that's the nub. It looks like it's coming out too close to the thigh

I pulled out my sons NT scans this morning, and the skulls are identical!
So that's a tick in the 'boy' box :(

Here is another 3d pic that I hadn't added before.

There are 2 protrusions between the legs??
One to the left, and the other to the right.
Is one of these likely to be a penis??
Or scrotum?
I think the one on the left is probably to long to be a penis (what on earth is it though?)
But what about the other one?

Yeah don't think he'd be quite that blessed!!!!!

At that stage the nub would stick out on both genders in my opinion is all about the angle which this doesn't show. From what i've read the nub is the same for both till week 11 when it starts to change depending on the sex but its still a long nub for a while til i retracts for a girl (which is why potty shots are no good at this stage as the three lines, turtle things are not formed)

Lassie, you can change the title by going to your list of threads and highlighting and clicking the text of the title until you can get it to edit mode.

I'd say too early to say what it is either way. I'm looking forward to your gender scan luv!!! When is it? :)

Had our gender scan today at 15w2d....and he's all BOY

Im honestly ok with it, was great to watch him, i'm head over heels in love with my little man and feel blessed to be honoured with 2 sons :)
