Please be honest with your guesses! I'd rather be prepared if the nub looks boyish. Baby is measuring exactly 12 0.

When I saw the first shot, my instinct was girl -- but now that I look at the actual print, I think there is too much angle. Thanks for looking and being honest, ladies. It looks like I'm joining our group of opposites.

First I thought the 1st pic look girly too, but the nub isn't flat.. So, I'm going for boy, but I really hope this is a little girl who's fooling everyone..
Our situation is kinda the same.. I got 2 boys and 3 girls, hoping for a boy, but nub looks girlish... Wish we could have traded nubs.

Thanks, y'all. My gut has said boy all along, but I was really hoping it was wrong. I am thankful that everything looked healthy and yes, it was nice to see the baby bouncing around. But I am a little numb. DH was not with me, so at least this gives me some time before our gender scan to get used to the idea that we're having another boy.

The baby was really bouncy and moving around a lot, so I'm surprised we got any clear shots at all. I could see a clear nub several times on the screen, but was surprised she even got the two still shots she did, LOL.

I'm scheduling a 16 week elective scan. Earlier today, I wondered if it was even worth it. But I would rather know for sure.

I'd lean boy based on both pics. But it's still pretty early, so that could definitely change.

hi hunny, glad the us went ok. From the top pic and one you posted in the due date forum my first reaction was girl, long flat and parallel but second pic def has an angle to it, do you have a pic from your daughter you can compare it to?

Is that def the nub or could it be the cord? x

The pics from my daughter have faded. :( We actually pulled out her baby book to compare and the part where the nub should be is gone.
Thank you for looking! I have an elective scan scheduled for December 6, but because that's so close to Christmas dh may make me wait till the 20 week.

I'm watching the video now, and there are a lot if times when you can see a nub like the first shot, but only the one that looks like the 2nd. That one goes from a flat/forked nub to a stacked nub as the tech moved it to get a better profile shot. But then there is a little segment where she tried to get a potty shot and it looks like there's a little something protruding between the legs. :(

Another nub, but I think it's still angled too much:

Shell, I'm so not good at this stuff...
Just wanted to let you know I'm crossing fingers and toes for you and no matter what....
this baby - boy or girl - is so incredibly lucky to be a part of your family. It is so obvious what a great mom you are.
Keep me posted!! XOXO

the nub shot from the video looks forked...doesnt forked = girl irrespective of angle? Yes the angle is up but to me its definitely forked.
The other 2 new pics i really cant see any clues...
but i cant really see any penis in the potty shot so i guess that's good?
best of luck - i really hope its your little girl :)

Thanks, y'all. I posted them on babycenter to see what the tech would say and got all girl guesses -- the tech herself feels that it has more of a boy shape, but a girl angle, so said she guessed girl but it could go either way.
Okay, went back and checked, and there's one boy vote now.
I also showed the video to a friend who has been an OB tech for many years. She doesn't like the nub theory much until a little later on, because she says the angle is more apparent in a couple of weeks. But her take on it was this: the second shot (with the bulb) is not a true nub. She says that you can see the clear forked nub all the way through the video, and that in that particular shot the tech was pulling in and out to get a good profile shot, so what we're actually seeing is nub + other stuff. She also totally threw the potty shot out because its just too early, and both a girl and a boy will look swollen at 12 0. Overall, she leans slightly girl because of angle etc, but said that the angle could easily rise over the next few weeks and prove her guess wrong, so I will just have to wait till a 16 week us.
Regardless of this new info, I'm pretty convinced that there's another boy cooking in there.

Lassie, from what I understand both can be forked at this stage, and ultimately the angle is the stronger evidence. However, that seems to depend on who you ask.

Shell - there is definitely still hope for girl! I would say 50/50. The more I look at the pics, that nub is very long...with my boy pics, there was nothing long at all. My fingers are crossed!!

Aw, thanks, Beachy. :) I am prepared to hear boy at the 16 week scan, either way. Well, as prepared as I CAN be. You know there will still be an inkling of hope until I see that penis.
