Hi again! I just posted a response in your other thread that you might like to check out in case you hadn't checked back recently (sometimes it takes me a few days to get back to you but I try to answer every q that needs a response.)
ALL dried fruits are good for TTC blue. Some people might want to avoid dried cranberries; I don't think it's necessary to do that (and they're yum on salad) but if it makes you feel better to avoid them, that's fine!
Just be sure that you are eating dried fruits WITH some food containing protein and not just by themselves.
I am a date FANATIC and my stepmother often sends me bags of them from Palm Springs so I was eating them quite a bit esp. when I TTC DS 3!! Three dates with 1/4 c almonds is a great snack for blue.

Not as long as you counted the calories - as a general rule, it's prob. best to just eat something empty like our old pals Skittles, but if you are craving some prunes (or need them for other reasons) they're fine as a part of your diet.

:) Thanks AS. I was eating them for the very high cals they have (plus they're acidic apparently! Bonus? Lol) but I switched to delicious red licorice a few weeks ago... Cannot get enough... ;) thanks again x

Should we be limiting them? (Wasn't sure why skittles were better than prunes?)

I meant to say, should we be limiting the amount we eat of them? Sorry the other question didn't make sense!!

No, have them as much as you would like! They're great! I have a prune tree and I live on the things for a couple months most years.
