Nub Shot and Skull Theory!

Hey, I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and getting SO anxious to know the gender of my baby. So I decided I would post two ultrasounds of my baby - one where you can see the little nub, and the profile so you can get a clear view of the skull. :) I, personally, think I am having a girl but I want to know what everyone thinks based on the ultrasound pictures! These are from my 13 week scan.

I'm not seeing anything on the nub pic, but the skull looks a little girly to me.

Hmm, I thought I saw the nub towards the bottom of the first pic - could always be something else :) This is my first pregnancy so when it comes to that kind of thing I'm not 100% on what I'm looking for.

I circled what I thought the nub was, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think the nub would be higher than that i think thats something else you've circled. Sorry no clues and im no good with skull theory

No worries :) As I said it's my first and I'm just not sure where certain things would be. Originally I dismissed that as a nub because I thought it should be higher, but then I saw other pictures with similar 'nubs' so I thought I'd give it a try. :)

So I actually have another question - I've only ever seen people guessing gender based on the profile of skulls, can you tell anything from looking at the face?

Also: Since this is my own ultrasound picture and I am biased, what makes you say boy/girl? I'm genuinely curious.
