Should I take more then one kind, CoQ-10 for example or, considering my age, more would be better? Like CoQ-10, Reservatol, Grapeseed extract, wheatgras...?

I'm going to take Maca Root too, which is an antioxidant, so maybe 100 mg of CoQ-10 and Maca Root should be enough for a super healthy egg?

Also how about Zinc, is 25 mg contained in Prenatals enough, it says 100% RDA.

Of course, I didn't forget FA 2000-4000mcg. My Prenatal has 800mcg FA, so then I'm adding 3200mcg to make 4000mcg total?

In Dr. Oz's book he recommends taking 10 mg twice a day of zinc so I think 25 is fine. Also check out this HT page has some ideas as far as the antioxidants http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ht-family-balancing-info-current-cycles/23663-ccrms-list-supplements-poor-responders-tiny-warning-about-dhea.html .

Hi ZB...they say over-35s should take the ubiquinol. That's the already converted version of coQ10. I get it online from mercola. 200mg a day is good. I'm also taking resveratrol and maca. Not too much zinc, whatever is in your prenatal is probably good. And personally, because my last pregnancy (ended in m/c) was probably due to chromosomal abnormality, I'm taking 5000 of FA, but if you haven't had that issue then you're probably good with 4000 or less.

It's been ages girlfriend, how are you doing?
