Midcycle spotting/bleeding: PCOS?

Hi ladies,

I thought this is the best place to post this.

I have been experiencing mid cycle or actually right around when i ovulate spotting and some bleeding as well (bright red).:confused:

Anyone else have this or could tell me what this could be? Is this a sign of PCOS?

How long does it last? If it goes on for days and days it's probably a luteal phase defect (I have this!) if it's just right around O and it doesn't last too long, it's just mid cycle spotting from O. Happens to me too. Totally normal. I consider it a good O if I see it. The problem is when spotting doesn't go away. Then it's reason to go get checked out because it means low progesterone which can interfere with ttc.

TY for your reply! I posted in another site too, and they too think its a sign of good O! I just wish i was TTC now! haha
