Thank you. The tech was really sketchy. I went to an office I did not even feel physically safe in and she took $25 cash. She never had done a scan this early, but I saw her craigslist post and decided "what the heck" and went. She never heard of the nub theory.

What got me was that there was something very small protruding in the potty shot, but she did not capture a picture of it. She said "boy" based on one (or two) glimpses from a potty shot and mostly what I thought were nub shots (the ones above). I have a video, too, but it is is the typical "nub" plain.

I have had two techs with more experience look at the scan (via emailed pics only) and both lean girl. I am having a hard time putting sketchy tech out of my head though! We have two boys and this is it!

I will definitely post the video later today. Do you think the woman who never did a scan this early is unique in thinking a nub is a penis?

I have gotten 100% girl guesses here and in the ultrasound babycenter forum (even by their tech) and I emailed a pic to a local tech about an hour away from my house (because I didn't want to waste money and time going back for a scan next week) who also though it was girly.

Are you guys pretty sure I am getting my little girl after two boys? Like over 80%? Thank you!!! Such an emotional roller coaster being told boy at the scan then girl by over 20 folks on two sites!

I am almost 100% sure that you are getting your girl. I have never seen a nub that girly at 14 weeks end up being a boy and I've been doing nub guesses for over 5 years.

So, I am crazy and am driving almost two hours for an electie scan tomorrow from a legit sonographer. I am not even telling my hubby. Am I crazy???? The sonographer looked at my images and thought it might be a girl, too.

Thanks. I took 50 ? Mgs? I can't remember what it was measured in but it was 50 once a day.
