Soy Isoflavones and cysts

Is there a real correlation between soy isoflavones and ovarian cysts? Also, can you take soy and vitex together? Or is it preferable to choose one or the other?

Don't mix soy and vitex, they work in opposite ways and it won't do you any good.

And yes, soy because it works similarly to Clomid, DOES increase your chances of ovarian cysts and I should have put that into my essay. I will now, thank you for asking about this!!!
