It was hard to see a nub because everything was fast moving. I tried to slow it down and saved some stills for you- but not sure any of them show a nub (maybe the first?).....

I couldn't see the nub at all unfortunately... I think it has a boy skull, but the skull theory has to be taken with a grain of salt. If the tech thinks boy, maybe he saw something that isn't on the video?
