Hi ladies.. ive been on the diet for almost 2weeks now and I was just curius to find out from the moms who had successul boy sways.. what did it for you the most?
what would you say was THE most important part of your sway.. what piece advice you could give to those who are currently swaying Blue.. and what would you say was breaking point...

Just swaying for month 2 now so I cant answer this, but I went and read all the boys sways and tried to learn as much as I could. I cant say there was a definite clear pattern but I tried my best to analyze it!

I don't think it was just one thing. I basically changed my whole lifestyle. I stopped drinking alcohol, changed my diet drastically(HE diet) and started working out and lifting weights. I never did any of these things when I had my girls, so when I was swaying I wanted to make sure I did the complete opposite of what I was doing at the time I conceived my girls. I also think the preseed helped me because I don't get a lot of EWCM naturally.

dloui im the same with EWCM sometimes i have ALOT other times its zilch! but Im concentrating on my Diet because certain things i NEVER had when i conceived my daughter especially eating frequently was out of the equation..!

Yes ive heard good feedback from the preseed, thats on my list.
Im trying to be neutral about this too it could go either way..

how often were you eating fresh salads? im having abit of a hard time with the salads

IMO, for me I think it was the royal jelly/bee pollen and vitamin D. I've always done the HE diet pretty naturally. That's just me though. And I LOVE salads, try sprinkling a little goat cheese, delicious!

I didn't usually just eat salad for a meal, I would incorporate salad in my meal. So I would have dinner and then have a salad with it to get all my veggies. If I did have a salad for lunch then I would always have grilled chicken in and nuts.

I think your best bet is to read the links in the complete
Index and start making up your sway. Then read all of the boy sways and see what women are doing. Then I would buy a gender plan from this site for added help. That's my future plan anyway ;). Some other things that I plan to do is work out moderately and definitely do weights to add a good amount of muscle ( something I would like to do regardless). And eating breakfast and a snack before bed plus full fat dairy all seem to be staples of a good boy sway

Oh no, did I miss the salad thing? I know we're supposed to be eating a ton of fruits and veggies but I didn't necessarily see daily salads as a requirement anywhere. Yikes! I bad about salads b/c all this meat and potatoes, dry fruit, nuts, juices, fills me up!

I'm going to be doing my first attempt in a couple weeks. Thanks for posting such a good question for everyone!

I can't remember what the royal jelly/bee pollen do --- ewcm? I'm nursing so I've skipped those two supps. Makes me nervous though for my upcoming attempt!

That's what I'm trying to do I incorporate salady stuff when Im not being lazy!
Yes I'm adding nuts in like 3ouncea a day that's about 60-70 almonds I don't know if that's too little or too less!

And the royal jelly is it an actual jelly?

I was using L-Carnitine after workouts to assist with muscle repair, its a powdered drink, don't even know if it sways. I think the L-Arg is supposed to raise testosterone, but it has a bad rep for making cycles wacky and drying up cm.

You don't have to eat a salad if you don't want to, as long as you are eating your fruits and veggies

For me I think it was the high sea salt intake, the meat meat and more meat, slight weight gain, my supps and never going hungry... Also the baking soda and cot drink as I could never get my oh to budge.... So pretty much everything lol also the timing as well, we. We had out girls we didn't did for like 1 week to 10 days before I fell pregnant, this to e was a 2.5 day cut off

I think for me it has been the HE diet, that is what has been consistent for my boys. HE diet, a little "padding" of 5-10lbs above my "ideal weight", and def not losing weight. I've been losing weight with my girls.

I did a lot of strength training for this sway, but not for my first successful blue sway so I think it helped but didn't make the difference. I did a lot of supps for my first blue sway but not as many for this one, so I think it was diet. Supps that were consistent were a prenatal and cod liver oil (those for both sways).

I am a big believer in diet. Both sways were also one-hit wonder conceptions on ovulation day, but I feel diet played the biggest role.

You don't have to eat salad if you don't want to. It's fine, as long as you're getting the nutrients elsewhere.

RJBP makes me nervous because you can live your whole life and not know you're allergic to bees - i was stung last year and had an anaphylactic reaction. You can be unallergic to all other bees/wasps and then still be allergic to honeybees. I worry that people are setting themselves up for a bee reaction.

L-arg is ok, but has dried people up.

L-Carnitine is also ok, but has messed up people's thyroids, and since pregnancies seem very susceptible to thyroid issues, I feel like you dont' need it anyway (you;'ll get plenty via food) and so not worth the risk. (there may not BE any risk whatsoever, just being conservative.)

Thank you ladies your feedback was soo helpful!! it seems the consistency is working wonders for most.. And the meat and fruit and veg.. Yes I'm not going to try I feel like I'm taking enough already.. I'm a little confused when we go try to DTd every 2-4day in the month of our attempt that is, would DH have to release inside but with condom? Or without until you go for your actual attempts?

I personally would have him release inside you without a condom every 2-4 days - there may be something in being exposed to the hormones in his semen that can help sway blue.

Some people will not want to do that because they worry that they could get pg from a shot 4 days before O (against Shettles timing). I personally do not believe timing sways, of course, but if that is too scary to you, then you also have the possibility of doing oral and swallowing (sorry for TMI!)

LOL dont worry for the info ... so for example i TTC in april.. and even before AF arrive in April i should have him releasing inside of me?? could we still not get pregnant like that too though? and during AF we would have him release still like you said doing oral!! Lol ...and swollowing it?

You can have him release inside you every other day for your attempt cycle. You can do whatever you like before or during AF ;)

So if your attempt is in April, have AF, then get onto the every 2-3 day sex routine letting DH come inside you every time, get your +opk and do 3 attempts in 24 hrs. While you are on AF DH can help himself or you can help him, what ever works for you guys, but you do want him releasing every 2 or 3 days to get him churning out lots of fresh sperm.

Yes, as far in advance as is feasible! The exposure to his hormones in the semen may make you more likely to conceive a boy.

And yes, I mean swallowing!! o.O YOu don't have to, it's just somethign that may help a bit.

There's always a chance, but it's all good because if you're DTD every 2-4 days and eating a blue friendly diet you're more likely to conceive a boy anyway.

He MUST release every 2-4 days starting ASAP but especially in your attempt month.

He CAN release inside you every 2-4 days and it may help.

one is MUST do, the other is something that may help and can't hurt (unless you were very sold on timing).
