Swaying Attempt - Natural, EGS (TBM, SU, GDC, MSU), High Tech (IUI, IUI/MS), details? natural l
pH
CM pH 4.5-5.5 (before our "real" attempts tried sylk made my ph go up to 6.5, so we dropped sylk)
DH pH didnt check
Douche type and when i tried lime douche but unless it was warm it RAISED my ph!
Replens and when: I switched between replens and acijel. I would use acijel about an hour before attempt, and afterward I would use just a little replens. Everyother day I used a pea size of amount of acijel Big O once....

Calcium yes 1200mg+
Magnesium yes between 300-600mg

Sodium no
DH minerals only vitamin C
DieDietary Changes STRICT IG/Acidic diet. I lived off white rice, yogurt, cod, milk, chicken and strawberries.
Did you continue diet after attempt/ how long? yes cheated maybe once
caffeine occasional decaff tea a few times
DH caffeine 1 cup a day
Hormones
Drinks milk, crystal light, caffeine free/diet coke(very acidic),diet cranberry juice
Supplements cranberry 5000 -10000mg
Supplements calcium/mag, b complex, baby aspirin, whatever was listed on IG

Sudafed a few times in O week

BD cutoff (# of days) I think 1 day cut-off, I was sick that week....got a +OPK on a tuesday, was neg wednesday, then was positive thursday and friday. WE DTD Thursday night.
BD thru O everyday attempt or release AF-day before O, I think we skipped maybe one day, we meant to BD through O but DH could not do it
