Go to cycletourist.com and enter your birthdate. For the chart you want to view enter your ovulation month. Be sure to enter the correct time zone.
* Girl = + Emotional Line (over line) and - Physical line (negative is under line)

* Lean Girl = both Emotional and Physical are negative at the target

* Boy = positive Physical Line and negative Emotional Line

* Neutral - as I understand it is when the lines are crossing the center of target date.

* Ideally both dh and you are in girl energy (ttc girl) or boy energy (ttc boy).

If you have an iPhone it is really easy to track your Biorhythms. I have downloaded an app where I can view mine and my partner's daily biorhythm charts at the same time, and i can view any calendar day (good for viewing upcoming O dates). There are heaps of Biorhythm apps but the one I have and like is simply called Biorhythms. I hope this helps. :)
