Warning about V-8 Splash and Lipton Citrus Green Tea

I recently noticed that BOTH V-8 Splash and Lipton Citrus Green Tea now contain artificial sweeteners when they previously did not (Splenda (sucralose) and acesulfamate K, respectively). So if you were drinking these for your blue sway, you need to drop them.

Great info well for me since i am a pink swayer :bigsmile: I LOVE Lipton's Green tea stopped drinking it now. But I did drink it with boys 4&5. So does it have to be decaf tea for a girl sway?

It doesn't need to be decaf - the idea that caff sways blue has been debunked and high caff may even sway pink. But tea itself, esp. green tea, may sway blue, be it reg or decaf.

I got my 4 boys drinking tea every day, and then my girl drinking lots of coffee!!
