SO CONFUSED!!!

Hi everyone,

I've been stalking all the boards since yesterday on this site - Up until yesterday, I was a religious follower of IG and was preparing to follow everything they suggested to conceive a :DD: I bought everything and started taking my meds...

This site however, offers contradicting information (ie. calcium intake, cranberry, etc..)

I'm sooooo confused!!! I'm confused about what to take in order to sway, when to BD, what products to use/not use, EVERYTHING!!! is there anyone who can help me simplify it?

I am 34 and hubby is 35 - while time is not on our side, we are not planning on TTC for a couple of more months so I have a bit more time to collect as much as info as possible, and then start TTC.

They offer personalized plans and the person in charge of making them use to be a IG moderator(I believe that was her title) I completely understand your confusion though!
