Well I did another preg test this morning and it was positive now 12 hours later I'm cramping badly and bleeding :( my first loss .... Better luck next time I suppose

Oh hunny Im so sorry I suffered my first loss on dh birthday at the beginning of october and i was numb for te first couple of days. I ffound getting straigt back onto trying elped me but everyone is different.
I hope your ok. Try and rest as muc as you can. xx

Definitely painful! The cramps are terrible! I'm okay.... I'm dissapointed but I felt the whole time like something wasn't right.... I thought I was just getting too caught up in statistics... I will go on to trying this month although i fell off the diet wagon so maybe I should wait till January?

I didnt fall off too hard tho... Still skipped breakfast and ate within the calorie range the only thing I did do I had beef three times!

Wanting, I'm so sorry for your loss. :sadflwr::broken:
It's a horrible, frustrating, and confusing time if you've never had one before. Take time to do what you need to do to grieve, but I would highly recommend you try to conceive the next cycle if not your first after your loss. You now have a strong sway arsenal for pink. I conceived my DD right after my MC before AF even had a chance to return. I took Red Raspberry Leave Capsules (since I can't stand tea) to strengthen my uterine lining..and I took Vitex with it to either make O or AF return. I took 2-3 cheap opks a day and they were fading in and out..so I knew it was time to drop the Vitex. I got my + surge 5-7 days after I dropped Vitex.

Once I fell pregnant again though I started out bleeding, and I'm not sure what it was due to, but I ran to my OB and he gave me progesterone.

Best of luck in what you decide to do sweetie, and I hope you feel better soon. For me, getting my baby back seemed like the only way to heal. :awe:
