Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Complete diet change for me, low everything.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I was on the LE diet for about seven months as it took me 5 additional months to conceieve. I lost a lot of weight and if I'm honest looked awful.

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Not much though tbh. He did start smoking again (hadnt smoked since 17) due to family stress.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Strangely enough DH's smoking as he didn't do this with the others!

Sorry it said gender result "girl" and i got all excited there for a minute, love hearing of moms with 3 getting girls - makes it seem like i may stand a chance one day!

I should have posted this sooner but last year in June I conceived whilst swaying on GD (but to be honest it was more of an IG sway) and I posted a lot about it including my sway etc. when that pregnancy resulted in miscarriage I wish I hadn't posted my sway as it seemed like wishing for a girl so much made it die. Of corse this is rubbish and I don't feel like that now but still had reservations about posting my sway until 12 weeks when I knew all was well. So here it is.
