How long after douche can I use rephresh?

So I have really struggled with whether to use rephresh or a douche, last time I used rephresh and think I had a chemical. I was really stressed that I couldn't keep my ph down. This time around I have been using just a store douche, and I don't really like the stress of checking the ph either. So now I am thinking of going back to rephresh and just completely stop checking my ph. I did a douche at about 7 pm tonight and then just now decided to bag it. Atomic says not to use both douche and rephresh so I was wondering if anyone knows how soon after the douche can I switch to rephresh. O is in 2-5 days I was hoping to use it tomorrow and then again 3 days later. Can anyone help??

I was really hoping to get some ideas from anyone by this morning I want to use the rephresh today if it is ok. I used a douche last night at around 7 pm. Is it ok to use the rephresh today??

Well, I guess it was my fault posting this question so close to when I needed an answer. I think I am just going to go ahead and use the rephresh and pray that all the douche residue from yesterday is gone so they don't raise my ph. Here goes nothin LOL!!!

I don't want you think you are being ignored. I really don't have an answer for you. I would *think* you would be okay using rephresh this morning giving it time to get your PH right.

I think it's fine to use RepHresh 12 hours after a douche. Your body has already raised the pH of the douche by that point. The worry with the douche is that the super low pH hits the Rephresh and the RepHresh "thinks" it needs to raise the pH. You're fine at this point.
