:DD: GIRL!!! I'm still in shock that it worked after 2 boys in a row!! I didn't post a lot here but I "lurked" a lot and learned so much from everyone. I whole heartedly believe it was my diet that swayed. It was the main difference b/w this pregnancy and my last 2(boy pregnancies). Timing obviously did not matter for me. Wohooo!!! Could not be more excited. I followed Atomic's personalized sway closely and many thanks to her for dealing with all my questions ESPECIALLY when she'd just had a baby herself!!

MY SWAY(got BFP this past Sat at 10dpo!!)

AGE: 36
DH'S AGE: 37(we got our bfp on his 37th b-day!)

• Started LE Diet in July and lost 7lbs before bfp(am at lowest adult weight...hope that helps!)
• Ate 2x daily and skipped breakfast.
• Strict Vegetarian
• DH stopped eating red meat

EXERCISE:
• None for me

SUPPLEMENTS:
• Started Vitex and SP this month and started rest of supplements in July
• Vitex: Vitex 2x daily from AF-O.
• Folic Acid: 1600mg
• Saw Palmetto: 320mg AF-O
• Antihistamines: Zyrtek for 4 days leading up to attempt. Dh takes Zyrtec daily anyway for allergies
• Fiber: 1x daily
• Cranberry
•Probiotic

SUPPLEMENTS for DH:
• Cranberry
• Calcium: 1200mg
• Licorice Root: 450mg AF-O
•Magnesium: 250mg

LUBES:
• Rephresh: Full applicator of Rephresh 24 hours prior to attempt

THE ATTEMPT:
• FR from AF until +OPK.
• One attempt on +OPK(approx 15 hours after +OPK).
• We both took a hot shower prior to BD.
• No O for me.
• Me on top
• Layed with hips up for 15 min

**This was our 3rd month trying and the first month we had only 1 attempt. Previous months we'd had 2-3 attempts. Goes to show you never know what will stick! I was also super sick with bronchitis and pink eye around ovulation...hoping that sways girl Sooo happy to be off the diet!!

Oh and I ovulated from the right and was convinced I felt implantation on the right as well so I thought it was another boy for us! Your body and mind sure play tricks on you when you're swaying and praying!!

Wow congratulations! So is timing really irrelevant then? With the diet what sort of thing were you eating and how much?

I would drink a cup of black coffee each morning(8am). At 11:30am I'd have a rice cake with hummus(small snack to hold me over). 2:30pm Lunch was salad with iceberg lettuce(low in nutrients) and lots of celery, radishes, cheese and anything else I could find that would fill me up but not be too nutrient with balsamic dressing. I did eat chocolate daily b/c Im a chocoholic(mostly dark chocolate). For dinner rice cake(or 2) with pasta sauce and swiss cheese followed by a little chocolate again and a glass of wine(or 2)!! Not very exciting but it seemed to keep my full enough. And timing definitely did not apply to me because both of my boys were conceived on or 1 day before ovulation. Once I read about the diet it resonated with me so I stuck to it as strictly as I could. Good luck!
