As if being prego and all the symptoms aren't enough add in nursing a 2 year old(constantly) to the mix to make you just want your body back lol.
Anyone else nursing?

I did twice and it ain't easy! But so worth it when your milk comes in and you're not totally in agony from being engorged!
Let me know if I can help - I have a lot of tips.

I did through my last one but I just don't feel like it, my boobs are too sensitive and I get annoyed and bothered somehow. Plus just feeling like crap and like every vitamin and nutrient I need for me is being sucked dry for baby and nursling lol. I don't see him weaning anytime soon lol. My last he must've not liked the taste ro something becasue he didn't nurse a lot while I was prego and then was basically weaned when babe was born nursing every now and then. This guy it's like he sees the end is near and is nursing even more than before. I'm glad my body didn't even start to ovulate until a couple months ago because I really believe in nursing but it would be super difficult w/ a younger child.
Oh sunflower you have a 9m old?? I can't imagine, do you have any help or family during the day?

My 17 month old is still nursing a little here and there. I've completely dried up, so it's just comfort nursing, but he's not quite given up totally yet. It's uncomfortable for sure! But I have a feeling he'll decide he's done very soon.

I nursed the last time when I was pregnant with dS2, ds1 one still nursed a lot but I had him night weaned by the time he was 2 because DS2 was coming. and well before that he had stopped nursing to go to sleep just because it didnt work for him anymore.
it sucked honestly, it was worth it, he completely weaned at 3-3/12 but while I was pregnant I couldn't stand him touching me. Luckily he wasnt completely obsessed.
This time around I can handle the hormones and touching more but my boobs are killing me and ALL ds2 wants to do is nurse. he is much more attached to it and hes no where near night weaning. its a full fit in the middle of the night if I dont let him nurse and I just can't deal with it. same with bedtime, has to nurse to sleep.
It is worth it when your milk comes in and you are engorged. And also with both kids when the milk came in they actually slowed down because they got full so quick. (after I lost the baby last time my milk came in because it was so late and DS2 slowed down A LOT). so I am hoping that happens again.

I was nursing DS3 when I conceived DD, but he self weened at 13 months old when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I assume because it changes in taste. However I really want to nurse DD all through this pregnancy and maybe even tandem nurse.

I breastfed DS1 throughout my pregnancy with DS2, and I tandem fed for about 4 months afterwards. I'm still breastfeeding DS2 but we're down to two feeds a day, I'm hoping he'll self wean when I get pregnant, but if not I will encourage him to wean because I don't want to tandem feed again.

I nursed DS#2 with milk until I think the halfway mark? My milk then dried up. After that it was just comfort nursing as much as I could stand. But I am producing colostrum now in my last trimester.

I am but have cut back. The pain was too much and my let downs sting now that I'm pregant. I haven't completely stopped nursing him but cut down from maybe 12 times per 24 hours to about 6 per 24 hours and my milk supply is pretty low now. I can go for like 10 hours without feeding and not get overly full or sore. DS3 is now 17.5 months old and he is embracing the bottles more. He now quite enjoys them, which is a relief.

I was nursing DS1 when i was pregnant with DS2. DS1 was 12 months when i was pregnant again. I cut it back from 5 times a day (and sometimes night) two 3 times a day and no nightnursing. Just because i was soooooo tired. It did not feel comfortable to nurse, sometimes it was painful. By the time i was 16 weeks pregnant i was dried up and because son never asked for his milk i stopped nursing. Wanted to tandem, but by the time ds2 was here, ds1 didn't know what to do with them... I pumped for him as i was 'blessed' with an oversupply starting at day 2.

yeah I didn't get 1st af until about 21m. so def. natural spacing here. we would've liked them a lil closer but hey your af comes when it comes lol. i believe in nursing till at least 2 so yeah that would be a problem for me if I had a younger babe and my milk dried up. at least at this age I don't really worry about it but it's still there. he is nursing less, and even going to sleep on his own w/o it, still nurses plently though and still doesn't feel good but us mamas do what we have to do:)

I breastfed DD1 for most of DD2's pregnancy but didn't tandem feed. DD3 is still going strong but I'm hoping to wean once I get that second trimester supply drop.

I nursed DS3 until I was 13 weeks pregnant with DD and then he quit. I hope DD keeps nursing, I'd be up for tandem.
