When to start taking OPK's

I'm on CD7 tomorrow. Should I be starting taking my OPK's? I've started my antihistamines and represh so now I'm just waiting on the OPK. We are doing abstain and one attempt. I'm thinking the attempt will be right at +OPK

depends how long your cycles normally are and how many OPKs you own? if you have enough I'd start at CD9/10

The first couple months you should start them CD8-10 so you can see a fade in and get used to what negative tests look like and then you'll know it when you see a positive. :agree:
