So of course out of all the days of the month my husbands company planned their Christmas dinner on Thursday night. I'm supposed to O on Sunday. I'm *assuming* I'll get a +OPK around Friday.
I've looked at the menu and found what I think to be the best option (rice bowl) I'm planning on saying no chicken, and asking for the sauce to be on the side so I can add very minimal. That's best case scenario. If they can't do that I'll have to scrap off as much sauce as possible.
How much is this going to hurt things if my sodium is slightly over for the day? (from what I've read that meal has around 700mg of sodium alone! so I'll barely have any sodium at lunch).
Here are the options. Which sounds better for the LE Diet as I'm not sure what spiecs are allowed
1. ginger teriyaki rice bowl | with szechwan vegetables, your choice of chicken or steak
2. red thai curry bowl | chicken & stir-fried vegetables over jasmine rice + curry-buttered naan bread
