Uploading pictures to profile albums

Does anyone know why or every had a problem uploading photos to the albums in your profile? Every time I try to add photos it freezes up or just never finishes uploading them. I resized my profile n avatar pic as it said they had to be a certain size n they uploaded fine. Do I have to do that with normal album pics to?

No but how large are the pics?

Im not exactly sure, but there a normal pixel size from a camera or my phone. say, 1.02MB?

I have had issues with my profile picture too. I want a new profile picture and have tried to add one a couple of times and it is the right specifications and you can see it when looking at my profile page but not when reading a post or comment from me in the forems because my old photo is still always there. I would apprecaite some help with this. Thanks

Nevermind, I figured it out. I thought the avatar and profile pic were the same thing
