Skin breaking out on LE diet

Is everyone else finding this?
I usually break out a couple of diet before AF but my skin is dry and had lots of pimples at the moment. The only thing I can put it down to is the LE diet. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, Atomic has an essay on this but I can't link it on my device. It's due to hormones changing, dry skin getting trapped in pores, and/or lack of nutrients.

It probably affects our skin, especially if it's a total change from the way we eat. My skin has actually cleared up and become more dry than usual. I'll take dry skin over my normally oily skin! :)

Thanks for the replies. I exfoliate everyday so think it must have something to do with low nutrients or hormones.
Lets hope it's all worth it in the end :)
