Weekly prayer/meditation/positive thoughts

I posted this in chit chat and only received one response. Is any one interested. I am in Japan so I can start a prayer on Monday at 4am and 7am. I think it is important to all have a prayer or positive thought at the same time. Anyone who wants to join...we can figure out a day and time it will work for everyone or form groups.


As of right now we will do 3pm NY time on Sunday which will be Monday at 5 am in Japan.

I am going to do this on a daily basis at the above said time, but I will always do the above said day and time. Remember, power in numbers!

Thoughts/Prayer would be like: Please help all the ladies trying to conceive their dream gender. Let them conceive quickly and have a happy, healthy pregnancy, birth, and baby/ies

and then envision your ovum/egg only excepting girl/boy sperm and envision what you think your little girl or boy would look like, envision holding her/him right after birth, and envision all the activities you and your family would do with her/him through out her life. Envision all things girlie/manly! Then give thanks in advance.

First Group prayer scheduled for Sunday the 13th of January 2013. Find a quiet spot to take a few minutes and say your "prayer". You don't have to be online you can be anywhere.

Yay! What time zones are everyone in? I am in Japan Standard Time. What days and times work for everyone? I really believe in the power of prayer and positive thought....especially within a group.

Please, take a look at this map. So far I have UK, Florida, Japan. I am up at at 4 am and to bed at 10 pm Tokyo time. What works for you girls?

Noon in Los Angeles, 3pm New York, 8pm in London, 5am next day in Japan,

:bigsmile: It is the only way I feel like I have any control. I can only follow the LE diet lightly because of health issues. Thanks for your particiapation....the more participate the more hope I have. :)

My boys have been fighting a nasty stomach bug since Sunday evening. My husband is out of town for work and I am on my own. Thankfully I haven't gotten it. Please pray that my boys fight this off quickly and that I don't get it so that I can continue to care for them and not be out of commission. Thank you so much!

scriptures from my beliefs that help me. Taken a little out of context, but they help me nothing the less.
James 1:5 ....let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Matthew 17:20 .... If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.(I think willing yourself to conceive your dream gender would be much easier than moving a mountain! :) )

I also watch videos like this daily as part of my meditations. So that when I conceive in May 2013 I will be successful! I have figured out my daily cycle and envision that process. For instance, I visualize ovulation on the 16th cycle day, as that is when I usually ovulate. It has done wonders for regulating my cycle! I have also placed pink booties on my fridge and when I am tempted to cheat I say "pink booties" and then I get my resolve back. :)

I logged in a bit late sorry. Was bathing the kids at 8pm UK time which is when I think we should have been saying the prayer. Logged on at 11pm and said it then.

I was busy at my time and forgot but I have been saying the prayer every night and when ever I think about it throughout the day.

Just so you all know you don't have to log in. The idea is to just pause and take a few minutes to say your prayer or thought at the same time as everyone else. If you don't make exactly at the same time....it still counts! :D

I do the prayer everyday at the same time, but I make sure to definitely pray on the scheduled group prayer day which, depending on your time zone, is either Sunday or Monday.

Would it be okay if I joined this group? I think this is a great idea! I will be TTC a girl starting in April and I will be praying at 3pm my time. The timing is great because that's around the time I usually take my folic acid supplement, so it will be easy for me to take a minute to pray and visualize too.

We passed the hospital where I would deliver today and I imagined this magical sparkling light coming down from heaven blessing the place where we will meet our daughter. I love visualizing! I actually click to it at 3pm each day as a guideline and reminder of what to do. Hope that helps a little!
