Hello!
So so sorry to be asking this same old question again, but I just don't get it!!! (duh?!)
Basically I have never really done any exercise and I have two boys. They are both still toddlers, plus I work nights, so I def don't have the time to exercise to the girl sway suggestion (60+ mins per day). So I have read that in this case, do nothing so that muscles depleat (spl?). However, this is what I was doing when I conceived the boys - so is this really the best thing for me?

As long as you're losing weight on a lower protein diet, doing nothing will help to shrink your muscle mass. It's not a magic bullet, but nothing is, unfortunately!!
