I am not sure... it sounds like a book and a video with a series of things you are suppose to do and eat??

When I see pages like that all I think is.. "generalized info" and a "get rich quick scam" for the referral person.
Sad but true :sad:
I don't think there is any one cure to M/S for any of us, we are all different, and different hormones play a part as well.

True. It's just something they have taken and probably written up just "generalized info on" in an ebook.. things like..Gingerale, sea bands, B6, etc.
M/S is and will always be the "horrible" side of pregnancy.
And in this case they have taken advantage of this crutch that some of us can never avoid.
I would surely empty my pockets to avoid it if there was a cure to it!!!;)
