Please can anyone help? is decaf coffee ok on LE diet...

Started LE diet trying to cut back on coffee, is decaf ok

Both decaf and regular coffee are allowed on LE Diet.

Just to add I switched to decaf when ttc the first two times - got boys both times. This time I was on the LE diet and suck to caffeinated drinks (tea, coffee, and cola) and I'm expecting another boy lol! So I don't think it makes any difference unless you have huge amounts. xx

Thanks mummypink i think i will continue in small amounts, giving up coffee and wine in one week may finish me off...
