Hang in there anchor. The month I conceived I had no clear O (FF changed it after DTD) I had no clear temp rise and no implantation dip....
It's not over till the fat lady sings...(also, I want you over on the due September forum with me.)

Guys if you have a minute could you have a look at my chart please
I am just wondering if my post O temps are very low? To me they look very low - I hope it doesn't indicate problems.

Ok so I got a super light AF on the evening of CD29 and today is CD3, it's so light it hardly even makes it to my underwear, it's pretty much just there when I wipe. God knows whats happening to my body?? Surely sups wouldn't change my body that drastically when I only started them from O (so 2 weeks now). I am only taking Elevit, Folic, Fish Oil, Royal Jelly and B12....and I started EPO and Green Tea today.

It sounds more like spotting than flow Pop?
Maybe your cycle is adjusting with the supps, mine did too I had to adjust supps to fix my cycle & even then it changed again ?

True blue-
It looks like you had a rise then a stable elevation in temps. It looks good.
Anchor- yes, we want you to be a September due date buddy!! I didn't get my +hpt until 16 dpo.

Hope you all don't mind me hanging in here, there's no one really to chat to in August due dates.... Maybe I should start a thread?

True Blue..when I started TTC in Jan 2012 I went from a cycle that was like clockwork, I got AF on Saturday morning every 4 weeks without fail and had been for 12 months since I had my Implanon out in preparation for TTC. The instant I was TTC my cycle went insane!! Temps all over the place, cycle was getting longer every cycle until my last attempt when I O'ed on CD 34!!! I'm not sure what does it, maybe stress or our bodies don't like being monitored (shy egg???). I hope it all settles down for you ASAP!

True Blue you had a high temp on cd12, if that one was lower your post O temps would look higher on the chart, i think your chart is looking great.
Pop the epo may be causing the weird AF, you just have to either stick with taking it now and you should start to see normality while on it, or drop it and it may take some time to go back to normal, i am sure it was the epo that made mine go all wacky at the start of my swaying, i was on it off it on it and off it again but in the end i wasnt on it for about 6 months.

Its been a week since we dtd and I took a preg test and it qas negative. ....is it too early to test?
luvalittleman
January 21st, 2013, 10:59 PM
Hi Alyssasmon. Most people don't see a faint BFP until around 10 or 11 days after ovulation and some don't test positive until after AF is missed.
7 days is a bit too soon as implantation only occurs after day 6 and it takes a couple days for your HCG levels to rise up enough to turn your test positive.
Wait another 3 or 4 days and then test again.
Best of luck.

Sorry meant to say implantation usually occurs between days 6 and 12.

I got one of these types of AF in September. I was very freaked out by it CD1 light, CD2 & 3 barely there, only when I wiped, then nothing else. I had myself half convinced that I was pregnant even though the tests were coming back negative. In october I then had a 6 day heavy AF. That was the month I got my BFP so it doesn't interfere with that side of things. I had been on the EPO since July and stuck with it AF to O.
Alyssasmom, 7 DPO is way to early to test. Give it another 5 days at least if you can before testing again.

Thanks pearl that a relief to know, you start thinking maybe your fertility is on it's way out!
Cinss...do you think if I keep taking it my cycle should be normal by June? As I am not TTC Atomic has told me I can take it all cycle and swap back to AF-O the cycle before my first attempt. There will be no more accidents so I feel safe doing that!

I know, I did the worst thing in the world after it happened to me, I googled. At best I found that it was possible I wasn't ovulating and at worst it was the onset on early menopause. I am only 30 with 3 older sisters still in full fertility, but I did panic for a little while :drama:

Hi blue swayers...apologies for my absenteeism but this cycle just stressed me right out. I thought I had O nailed down but maybe not. I really think the soy isos messed me right up. Is it possible that they added days to my LP? At any rate, the witch showed up today (after I spent days scouring the BFP after BFN boards...literally) and I'm going to drop the SI for my next go. Good luck everyone, and CONGRATS to our BFPs!!! Onwards!

Hey ladies! I haven't messaged for a few days maybe more! But it's official now me and DH won't be TTC in April/May as we had decided but will be waiting till after October time! I was a little miffed about it but he did get cold feet as he feels DD is a little young and wants her to be more Independant by the time we do have baby#2. So hopefully by then she will be 3 and a hAlf almost!
However I will be sticking to the diet as I wanted to go healthier.. Just have to resist the junk! So I have almost been on the diet a year when I TTC which will be November/December, as I started HE diet Nov. 2012!
Still gonn stalk all you ladies and get tips. Oh and can't wait to hear from any gender results.. Pom, pearl, mini matron and all those TTC! Wish you all the best!
Ps Im going away back to UK for the whole summer which will be about 2and a half months!!! DH won't be releasing as much as we do now were doing every other day sometimes a few days.. Would it a bad idea to TTC right after I get back? I'm assuming he will have all the oldies packed in the sacs lol

afy my DD will be 3yrs 4months old when DS in born, i think it is a great age gap, she is already getting excited about her little brother coming an understands that he is growing in my belly atm :) I am sure she will be the best little helper at that age and not too jealous (fx)
I think it is great that you will be having a healthy diet for a year before ttc, that is what i did too (not by choice though) You dont have to pack on the weight either, if you just stick to high protein, low carb, avoid junk lots of natural healthy foods :)
Its hard to say what your DH will be doing release wise at that time, maybe you should just encorage him to help himself every 2 - 3 days before you arrive back.

afy the time will totally fly!! I stopped TTC in June 2012 and decided to resume TTC in June this year for work related reasons. I can't believe how quickly it is coming back around and I too stayed loosely on the HE diet and have been trying the whole time to have protein and carbs at every meal, healthy foods that are high in nutrients, but have been losing weight the entire time as I put a fair bit on in my first TTC journey as I think I had the idea of HE wrong. Got it sorted out now and I think the preparation can only help us get that little blue bundle!! Good luck and I can't wait till you are back TTC and get that BFP!

I am really unsure if I should start charting again. I know it helps pinpoint O with a lot more accuracy, but it really messes with my sleep in a big way and that is important in a boy sway too. I find I wake up earlier and earlier and can't sleep or wake all night long because I am excited to see my temp and see if I am ovulating. I have issues lol

Maybe dont temp, just chart all the other stuff? Thats what i ended up doing just because i couldn't be bothered temping anymore, ewcm was my only clue the month we fell pregnant.

Hey cinns.. If I TTC in December my DD will have 3years and 4months age gap with next baby. I think it's a really good gap too because right now I'm concentrating on introducing her to using the potty because its been a while now since she's been telling me she's done a potty but we can't seem to get it in the loo lol. So I'd be happy to have her potty trained by next baby.. And not have 2 babies in nappies..
Lol I doubt he will help himself needs me! But would it be soo bad that we would be waiting to TTc in December. I'm going away first week June and back mid August!
That's what's I'm doing just got off antibiotics for my ear ache and now it's following it loosley like still eatin protein and carbs trying to avoid bread!
Any more advise ??

Wow it's so quiet in here lately!! Is everyone pregnant? I have to say this TTC a Boy business is hard work. I spend my day either choking down massive pills, stuffing food in my mouth while contemplating if it is protein/carb balanced (often resulting in me googling if what I am eating is a carb at work), spending 45min-1.5hrs killing myself at the gym each day, forcing in an entire protein shake when I get home, then spending the next day either unable to lift my arms or hobbling around like an invalid!
I totally believe my gym adventures are raising my testosterone levels as tonight when I swiped into the gym with my card there is a computer screen that shows your picture, name and attendance level......I did a happy dance and arm pump when I saw it said "High".....took me a few minutes to shake my head at myself...didn't realise it was a competition!! lol
Getting closer to O and I can now officially say that the EPO or any of the 500 other pills that I am taking do NOT dry me out. Holy EWCM batman!! If I was pregnant the baby would just fall out! My body seems to be responding so much better to everything this time around which is a massive relief. Not sure yet if I will break out the opk's this cycle or wait a few months until maybe the month prior to TTC. I know how to chart, know my body well and do not plan on temping as it messes with my sleep and cycle, so don't really know that I need to practice too early to be honest. Finally getting super excited that TTC is getting close, but after 6 months TTC with BFN's last year I just can't believe I may actually be pregnant before the end of the year!!

January 30th, 2013, 08:18 AM
Lol POP you made me giggle about the happy dance you did!!
Yes it does seem quiet in here either most are pregnant or busy trying! Seems like you and I have a little while to go..
Surprisingly I enjoy the diet to some extent! I enjoy the healthy natural foods were eating.. But hate the pills.. I'm abit unsure now because I was taking antibiotics for my ear ache and was loosley following diet for 2andhalf weeks, I feel like its pushed my sway back a little!!
And another thing this is SO ANNOYING because now DH is thinking about whether we should try or not in April/May!! And here Iam already making announcements lol but I'm not forcing him I want him to be equally happy to be trying.. By May it will be about 6months almost being on the diet, I know the longer the better but I will be going back to college in September and its go an be soo much more harder to concentrate on the diet right now Im home and free pretty much! what do you ladies think ? Is it wise to wait whilst I'm like in the middle of college ?
