Does anybody have any good smoothie recipes for a blue sway? I can drink things I don't like (i.e. fruits and vegetables!) a lot better than I can eat them. But I'm worried about buying one with hidden ingredients that might mess me up.

Try this one:
1/2 pineapple
1/2 banana (optional)
1 mango
1 orange
1 pear
1 apple
some water
ice

You can mix almost anything to make a good smootie and making a different one everyday will help with spicing up taste buds... of course for you 1-2 med bananas in each smootie and 1-3 other types of fruits, spinach and other veggies do taste good in smooties too. Some people add nuts, nut butters, and nut milks.
1-2 banana, orange, apple or pear (w/skin), coconut, and rice milk.
1-2 banana, pineapple, plum, almonds and almond milk.
2-3 banana, a nut butter, nut milk, and coconut. Great before hikes!
wheat grass, lemon grass, and spinach can be added to any smootie, if about 1/4-1/2 cups worth (not cut) you will not notice much of a taste.
Mix and match fruits sweets and citrus, and don't just use all citrus or all sweet.
