I am planning on ttc a girl in the future. I'm also thinkin of taking green juice powder which is full of vitamins but is alkalising. I was just wondering if this wil hav a negativ effect. It's got 11 times mor calcium than milk :/

yes, we now think that more nutrients (especially vitamins) sway blue quite strongly
there is also debate about whether calcium sways pink: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/610-calcium-conundrum-controversial.html

lol the girl diet is definitely difficult BUT if I can do it you can do it too. It's amazing what you can do when you think that you want pink more! :)
yes you can take multivitamins, but I'd stop them a few months before your attempt to give your body time to "deplete" a bit

If you're not trying for a few years you're fine in continuing to take the alkalizing powder for now.
The girl diet IS healthy depending on how you do it. There are a couple different options. What is heart-healthy (low fat, low/no meat) is NOT necessarily good for fertility anbd the point of the LE Diet (the Low Everything diet, our pink diet) is to reduce overall fertility. A diet can be both healthy for you physically, and at the same time sway pink.
Here's the short version of the LE Diet. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

I do make custom sway plans for people that come with a sample diet, and then in addition with the plan I become your personal sway coach and guide you as much or as little as you want for 6 months. I help with diet in an ongoing fashion.

I don't think anyone on here has done diet alone to be able to answer that, but we're definitely getting more pinks than blues being conceived by the swayers on here

We include everyone together in the statistics regardless of the diets they follow or how well they follow it - I don't like cherry picking data to make swaying look more successful than it is and I don't like making people feel badly if their sway didn't work out. We've been running between 60-70% success rate for pink and 70-80% for blue (which matters because a lot of pink swayers were eating boy-friendly diets before.
